You sent me in meaningful directions and were more than helpful. You could have written just a short note to make me go away; instead, you honestly tried to help me -- both to get through my confusion, as well as to find the right product. I can't say enough. Well done and Kudos. Your response to my inquiries serves as an example of outstanding customer support, even if I turned out not being one of your customers! I found the timer that I need and it is indeed made by Ingraham. I guess you can understand my confusion since both Ingraham and Ingram market timers! :) Again, thank you so much for your thoughtful and thorough response. I find that kind of thing unusual. I guess I don't know anyone else in the market for timers, but I will be sure to tell others of your fine customer service.
